Citizens for Great Design is a group of Cleveland Heights citizens, who desire the best possible designs for the city’s development projects. Citizens for Great Design is focusing on the Top of the Hill project, the “Gateway Project” to Cleveland Heights and the Cedar-Fairmount neighborhood. It is located at “The Point” (the crossroads at the top of Cedar Hill at Cedar Road and Euclid Heights Boulevard).

Citizens for Great Design advocates for developing Top of the Hill. We want the Top of the Hill project to incorporate collaborative planning, great design, and great architecture, while being financially sustainable. Top of the Hill must reflect and embody the historic and exceptional architecture of Cleveland Heights, and benefit all Cleveland Heights residents – now and in the future.

Great design makes a difference in a great community!

With the revised plans for Top Of The Hill released on June 21, 2019, Citizens For Great Design is interested in learning about your reaction to these latest revisions. Can you take a few moments and complete our survey? Here is the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BVJRGWV
